Job title: C#.net  Developer

Duration: 6-12 months

Location: Chandler, AZ

Rate: $45/hr on corp-corp

 

Develops specifications for complex information security risk assessment web applications, methodologies, and tools. Capture and provide information security risk information to internal lines of business. Implement and support enterprise-scale reporting solutions of information security risk assessment data. Coordinate and develop complex interfaces to and from external systems to enhance the information security risk assessment toolset along with sharing pertinent data to other aggregate Wells Fargo systems. Provide technical support to users of information security risk assessment tools and solutions. Interface with developers, line of business personnel, security consultants, and managers to identify, define, document, and implement risk assessment needs into the automated tool suite.

 

Platform and Skill Set Expertise:

HTML (preferred), ASP (preferred), SQL, C# .Net, in web environment

 

Per manager directly soft skills include: ability to deliver what you say you can, work as a team, develop using common techniques and not show off, must be able to work with customers and have good written & oral communication skills

 

Top 5 skills in ranking order:

 

1. C# (5-6 years min)
2. .net (they are on 4.0 framework)
3. SQL 2008/2005
4. HTML  (for debugging)
5. Visual Studio 2010

 

**A rock star will have Risk Assessment experience, but C# is top priority.  Someone with Risk Assessment, but light on C# doesn't fly.

Reporting tools are not necessary

 

Interpersonal skills:

Input is valuable, but also needs to be a good listener

Verbal communication is important, as they will report to end customers

 

The 3 consultants will be working for Tech Governance Group on a web app called Sparc:

            This is a long term solution, so consultants should not be green, at least 6 years experience, but prefer 7-10 years

Sec planning and risk assessment

 Web based UI

They could also be called to work on other projects in 2012

This is initially a 6 month, but will likely be 12 months depending on performance

 

Work Hours

Begins at 8:00-5:00, but open to flex hours

 Must be near Chandler
