Job Description:
 
PeopleSoft administration skills should include
Tools upgrade
PeopleSoft application refresh (automated and manual)
Very strongly knowledge in trouble shooting environment and performance related issues.
Advice developers on SQL query tuning
Sound knowledge on production environments (do's and don'ts) including change and release management process
Good in Oracle database administration (Oracle 10g/11g)
Maintaining Incident ticket/ Problem management and active participation in root cause analysis
Should be engaged in Application installation and maintenance documentation procedures including
Disaster recovery
Backup and recovery (strategy and methodology)
Application service startup and shutdown procedures
