Job Title: Data Architect

Location: Omaha, NE

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

·         ETL Architecture and Design using Informatica.

·         Proficient in OLTP, OLAP, ETL and Data Warehousing design concepts

·         Experience as a Data Architect, along with data modeling experience.

·         Expert in multi-dimensional (star) and  snowflake data modeling

·         At least 5 years experience with data modeling and data architecture.

·         Substantial experience in DB2 and Oracle, SQL Server preferred.

·         Excellent data model and patterns experience discovering patterns in the data model to enable combining similar data.

·         Expertise in both logical and physical data modeling, including strong experience in data discovery, mapping, and documentation

·         Maintaining the data model and migration processes during development

·         Strong mapping experience and ETL principles/knowledge

·         Expert knowledge of dimensional and relational modeling techniques.

·         Documentation and technical writing skills

·         Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.

·         4 to 6 years total information systems experience.

·         Experience with managing or interfacing data warehouse technologies with package applications.

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of internal and external personnel.

·         Business knowledge of commission processes and procedures.

·         Experience with modeling tools such as MS-Visio, Erwin, and/or PowerDesigner
