Client:  Petroleum Company in Houston, Texas

Need 4 SAP BUSINESS ANALYST  - PROCURE TO PAY (P2P)

LOCAL RESOURCES ARE PREFERABLE; EAD, GREENCARD, US CITIZEN HIGHLY PREFERRED

Interviewing process:  Phone 1st with manager and 2 team members; if all goes well a in person interview will be required (if they are out of town we will help with traveling expenses for in person interview)

MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS DUE TO TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: This means a 9 out of 10 on communication skills

-        Must have 3+ years of BA experience with large ERP applications (SAP)
-        Familiar with Procure to Pay business process
-        Experience implementing P2P solutions a plus
-        Experience analyzing business processes to identify efficiencies
-        Experience preparing training materials and conducting training
-        Experience gathering user requirements, writing test plans
-        MUST have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
-        Must be able to travel as needed (up to 20%)
