Position: DATA MODELER

Location : CO

Duration: 6 Months

 

Qualifications:

**DATA MODELER**

 

Critical Skills: Experience working on data warehouse or master data projects.

*Key experience and skills required:

1. Expertise and significant experience using one of the major modeling tools (Erwin, Embarcadero, etc….).

2. Experience modeling for operational applications including a thorough understanding of data modeling principles including normalization.

3. Experience with change control processes and the Software Development Lifecycle.

4. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team as well as independently, under own initiative

5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

 6. Excellent analytical skills.

7. Ability to plan, scope, and provide estimates for work effort, producing quality deliverables on time and in budget.

  

Responsibilities:

The data modeler works closely with the Data Architects and project teams to develop the logical data model representing project data requirements (including data definitions) and for custom solutions, also develop the project physical data model. Ensure integration of the project logical data model into the enterprise conceptual data model. Ensure that physical models align with the logical data model.
