Unix administrator

Job Description :
We are seeking two Unix administrators to work in a mixed environment ( AIX 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and deploying 6.0 - Sun Solaris 8, 9, and 10 - and Linux )
Would like someone who can focus on various Unix flavors. Team is presently 2 that focus on AIX, 2 that focus on the solaris side of the house, and then both teams try to work on the Linux as needed. Prefer individuals who want to be cross training on everything. In the process of migrating away from Solaris and we are moving to AIX and Linux entirely.
Environment is 24/7 a lot of client facing, on call rotation. Will also provide some support on Websphere.
Storage: EMC, netbackup, large storage groups that focuses on storage and backups (3 dedicated). Also are responsible for load balancing use cisco load balancers. On Solaris side use Veritas clustering.
Utilize HACMP with AIX. HACMP is a plus
Have a lot of routine maintenance issues that were dropped day to day administration, clean up, deal with security patches, stay involved in key projects.
