Job Description :
·         Must be strong in Java Web service with sound experience in Spring
·         Excellent Communication skill
·         Must have worked in Onsite-offshore model and led a offshore team
·         Must have strong Java based design experience involving design patterns
·         Well versed with SDLC lifecycle and documentation in each phase

One more to add ,look for some one
7- 8 yrs of experience
Excellent Communication skills
Project Management skills
Client Management Skills
