Job Description:-
· 10+ years overall experience.
· 4+ years experience on architecture and design of medium to complex distributed applications in Java & Oracle (other database is also acceptable).
· Very strong knowledge on Java, Spring, JSP, Servlets.
· Very good knowledge of at least one RIA technology (Dojo preferred).
· Excellent communication skills and customer facing skills.
· Good level of database design knowledge expected.
· Needs to have excellent knowledge of Websphere deployments and troubleshooting issues.
· Should be well versed with performance tuning and benchmarking on Java based applications.
· Knowledge of a BPM tool is an added advantage
