Main duties:
* Prototype and wireframe user interactions for external and internal client validation. 
* Collaborate with internal and external clients on product direction and design 
* Create the overall User Interface & information architecture that includes: workflow, interaction designs, page flows, and UI specifications for Web based application. 
* Work closely with cross-department teams to assure a consistent User Experience across all assets. 
* Evaluate existing user interfaces and design improvements. 
* Identify opportunities to improve the usability of customer interactions. 
* Ensure all company branding standards are being met 
* Evaluate existing user interfaces and design improvements. Identify opportunities to improve the usability of customer interactions. 
* Help define and implement design criteria, guidelines, and specs; illustrate experience with industry standards and corporate visual design guidelines 
* Understand the importance of documentation and coding standards

Qualifications:
* Need someone with advanced application UI design experience
* Need more of a UI/UX designer/ IA with very strong HTML, CSS skills for prototyping and UI layer development of our application
* Needs someone with someone that can do some prototyping and wireframing, but really needs someone that can do a wide range of things
* Someone that isn't just an IA but has solid Photoshop, HTML, CSS, etc. and do visual design in addition to some IA projects
* Needs someone with advanced application UI design experience
