Job Description:
The purpose of this requirement is to acquire services for the development, testing, implementation and initial production support for small web application development projects.

LOCAL CANDIDATES ARE HIGHLY PREFFERED!

Project Scope Of Work and General Information
• Provide senior-level analytical, design, development, testing, implementation, and initial production support services.  staff will be available for analysis, design and testing functions.
• Provide requirement specifications, application code, test cases and scripts, test results, user documentation, training material, and implementation plans.
• Provide weekly status reports as required by the project's Project Manager.
• Design and develop new data gathering and reporting processes to meet the needs of Client
• Participate in client project team activities, especially as they relate to both business (functional) and technical (non-functional), testing, training, and implementation activities.
• Work collaboratively with client to identify business and technical requirements not currently met and to implement solutions to issues with technical functionality.
• Assist the Project Manager in defining and documenting the critical issues and provide recommendations on meeting specific requirements.
• Participate in the development of test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and technical requirements. Perform testing, capturing of test evidence, and facilitate review and acceptance of test results.

Three (3) references are required for each Proposed Contractor. The following information is required:
