1.    Architecting /developing/deploying SharePoint applications with SharePoint 2007/2010 and WSS3.0 encompassing Out-of-box and custom SharePoint development.

2.    Experience working on Integration Projects to integrate SharePoint Web Application Oracle or  SQLServer, MS-Office Applications

3. SharePoint Custom development including development using Custom Web pages, Custom Webpart, Visual Webpart, SilverLight Webparts, Server Object Model, Custom Features, List/Site Event Handlers, Sharepoint Search customization. Custom Master pages, Custom Themes and SharePoint UI customization/branding, Custom workflows, , Custom action, Custom Conditions, Custom forms, Custom Site Definition, Custom List Definitions, BDC, BCS, Http handlers, Http Modules, STSADM commands, PowerShell
4. SharePoint out-of-box development experience in development using Jquery, JavaScript, SharePoint WebServices, SOAP, HTML, XSLT, Infopath, SharePoint Designer Customization, List/Data View webparts, Content Editor Webparts, SharePoint Designer workflows, Nintex Workflows, Workflows with Visio 2010, Client Object Model, LINQ, CAML, REST services, Quest Webparts and configurations, Site Templates, List Templates.

5.    Hands on experience working with SQLServer 2005/2008, SSIS and SSRS to create Stored Procedures, Triggers, SSIS Packages, SSRS Reports, SQL Server Maintenance/Performance improvements.

6. SharePoint administrative experience to install, configure and maintain SharePoint environment.
7. Proficient working with Scrum, Agile and other SDLC methodologies.
