Design will have been completed. Must be able to interpret wireframes and fulfill the designers vision for sophisticated UI.
.NET/UI design implementation environment
ASP.NET 3.5/4.0
Vb.net (UI); c# middle tier/data access
jQuery
AJAX
HTML
javascript
style sheets / css / themes / skins / master pages
MVC (bonus - client is moving this direction)
Stored procedures (SQL 2005/2008)
TFS
Design will have been completed. Must be able to interpret wireframes and fulfill the designers vision for sophisticated UI.

Strong OOP design expected as well as knowledge of design patterns and the 3.5/4.0 .NET framework.
Bonus for caching, scalability and performance experience.
Healthcare background a plus.
Prefer 5+ years experience.
