Position: Business Analyst with Call Center exp

Location: IL

Duration: 12+ months

Rate: $40/hr C2C

 

Analyst who has the ability to gather information from other people and write requirements to meet the need for multiple user groups. The Task system will be used in the Agent, Customer and Call Center environment; therefore, there will be conflicting needs and priorities for the solution. The people working on tasks will need to understand the processes in the current environment including the tools used in the environment and be able to translate into the future solution.
