Job Title: SAP PP/PI Consultant

Location: Murrysville, PA

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

• Proven implementation and support experience with SAP R/3 4.7 PP, PI, QM, MM, and PLM preferably in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries. 

• Compliant Manufacturing in PP/PI utilizing SAP R/3 4.7 PI Sheets, XML Style sheets, cockpits,  and the associated data configurations to support the processes.

• An understanding of information technology hardware in the industrial space including data collection devices, PLC's, peripherals bar code readers, etc.

• SAP Integration experience with external systems (via IDOC, BAPI and RFC's and other SAP integration technologies) in both batch and real time modes with demonstrable error handling solutions implemented.

• Experience with SAP related business processes such as customer/product/vendor master data, BW, Enterprise Portals a plus. My SAP Suite experience a plus.

• Ability to analyze and debug ABAP code

• Experience with FDA quality system requirements for medical devices in the manufacturing environment including the thorough understanding of manufacturing execution workflow processes.

• Strong internal customer and an action/problem solving orientation.

• Communication and presentation skills to various levels of the organization

• Demonstrable interpersonal and influencing skills across various organizational levels working in virtual teams across multiple sites and differing cultures.

• Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to lead or participate in complex projects.

• Looks for ways to improve efficiency with and without technology.

• Successful in demonstrating a recognized expertise in the ability to understand and use information technology to satisfy business requirements. 

• 7+ years technical experience working with SAP R/3 4.6 system(s), preferably ECC5 or greater, 

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or information systems required.  Masters degree and/or some advanced training a plus.

• Unique combinations of education and experience may be substituted if they provide the essential skill sets for the position.
