·         The Lead .NET Developer/Architect/PM position is responsible for performing complex software architecture, analysis, design, and documentation. The position also requires the ability to perform highly sophisticated and complex programming tasks to support the company business systems. Must excel at new and multi-platform software languages and component architecture. Will be expected to lead architecture and department meetings and provide technical guidance and leadership to all personnel within the relevant groups.

·         4 year degree or equivalent business experience.

·         7-11 or more years experience as a professional programmer.

·         5 years plus insurance experience  (Medical) is a must

·         Must show proficiency in building and tuning scalable web apps which can handle large volume of users.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the following skills: C#, enterprise dot net platform development, MVC, ORM Frameworks, Java script, HTML, XML, SOAP.
Must be able to display proficiency in the use of complex SQL DML/DDL usage; proficiency in complex component design and development; and in new multi-platform programming languages and environments

 

Note:

 

This candidate will be responsible for the dealing directly with clients, government agencies and city staff.

Must be well documented.

Able to give presentation to staff, excellent English skills is a must

30% travel within city limits (reimbursement of expenses will be added)

 

Technical Must haves:

Medical Insurance domain is a must!

Dot.net framework is a must

Agile experience is a must

Program management experience is a must
