Requisition Information

Title: Business Analyst - FACETS (2 positions - 1 Jr. & 1 Sr.)
Location: Frisco, TX
Duration: 12+months
Client: Health Care Domain
Rate: $/month (based on the experience levels)

Pls find below the Facets BA position that we have at Frisco, TX:

Business Analyst

Primary Duties

·         Interface with the customer to understand FACETS Interface details and scope

·         Gather , document and review the requirements with business & vendor, and other stake holders in designing FACETS Interfaces to & from Care Management systems

·         Perform AS-IS analysis of FACETS system and provide consultation on interface design and  functionality to business

·         Develop field mapping between source and target systems (FACETS and JIVA Inter changeably)

·         Participate in system design review meetings  and drive design acceptance and drive Hosting Code Review

·         Setup FACETS test data based on the requirements

·         Write and execute test case and verify that the requirements are met

·         Support Testing team whenever they require any assistance regarding testing the requirement

·         Ability to work with Onsite\Offshore model.

·         Demonstrates understanding and follows corporate compliance of security and confidentiality of data and information

·         Must be able to function autonomously and as part of a team

 

Desired Skills:

·         Previous work experience in the custom Facets interfaces

·         3+ years work strong experience in Sybase Stored procedures or Oracle SQL & PL/SQL,

·         Expertise in creating technical design documentation

·         Experience in any of the programming languages like .NET, Java etc.

 

Qualifications

·         Sound communication skills (written & verbal)

·         Strong Healthcare & Facets knowledge

·         Eagerness to work with multiple vendor teams

·         4-8 years overall experience in IT.

·         3+ years of experience in FACETS system/ FACETS data model/ Healthcare domain

·         Experienced in reading/writing business rules/logic

·         Strong analytical, problem solving and teamwork skills.

·         Strong ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
