Hi Associates,

Please let me know if you have any consultants for below Job need. 

 

Position : Java Developer

Location: Minneapolis area

Duration: 6+ months

 

This is a front end position.  The Java person must be very strong in JavaScript – extensive use is required.

 

Required Skills:

 

v  Good Java fundamentals

v  Strong Java Script Skills, including experience with a Java Script framework like JQuery or Dojo

v  Strong computer science fundamentals, not Java EE skills

v  People with a working, real-world knowledge of an OO language outside of Java (such as Ruby, Smalltalk or Lisp) are highly desirable.

v  Strong true OO Development experience/knowledge

v  Must be able to think outside the J2EE/SOA box

v  Agile development

v  True Agile development

v  Scrum

v  Pair programming (rotation – pairing with each developer)

v  Test Driven Development – actual experience and understanding why is a Big Plus

v  Product Development experience would be very helpful
