Technical/Functional Skills  : Excellent knowledge & practical experience working on MFC C++ and Active Template Libraries, and SQL

 

Additional Skills preferred - Oracle PL/SQL packages, and Unix shell scripting

 

Should have good technical expertise and exposure to various application architecture.

 

Experience Required- Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

- More than 8 years of recent experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting computing applications in a large-scale, distributed environment as a Software Developer.

- Ability to perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Proven track record of success in challenging the status quo, implementing new ideas and designs with a practical orientation.

 

Roles & Responsibilities : Responsible for the design, development and delivery of technical solutions; manage resolution of production problems in assigned areas; build effective partnerships with business and systems communities; demonstrates an understanding of the interdependencies between application functionality and associated business processes to provide best service.

 

Hit 100% of SLAs, improvement in the Delivery Quality Indicator year over year, implement one or more environment simplification opportunities each year, no more than 1 critical post production incident.
