·         There are 2-3 Spots open for this need, So far the manager has shortlisted only one candidate to move to the second round.

·         The hiring manager is willing to SKYPE for an out of state candidate after the initial phone interview.

 

Important question to ask to identify a  candidate with Strong WCF experience:

1.       What was the business need for the B2B ( WCF ) Integration project?

2.       How did the your team go about solving the integration issues?  

 

They are actively reviewing and interviewing profiles for the 2-3 Open Spots, for the  Asp.Net & WCF contract need.

 

2.0   Job Responsibilities:

·         Design & Architecture, Develop, Test B2B and B2C solutions leveraging a service-oriented architecture SOA.

·         Development and support of existing applications developed using Microsoft tools and technologies such as Silverlight, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, XML, WF, WCF / Web Services, BizTalk & SharePoint.

·         Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues with existing applications and production transaction processing.

·         Analysis of business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities.

·         Project quality and on-time delivery.

 

3.0   Skills:

 

          C#, .Net, WCF, Silverlight

 

4.0   Experience:

·         3+ years of experience in Design, Develop, Test and Implement enterprise class applications.

·         3+ years solid hands-on programming experience with Silverlight, ASP.Net, C#, XML/Web Services, WCF

·         2+ years experience with SQL Server database programming & Microsoft Entity Framework

·         Hands on experience & solid understanding of WWF, Silverlight, XAML & Microsoft Blend technologies
