• 6+ years of experience in software systems analysis
• Must have experience with business and functional specification documents, use case development, and test case plans.
• Ability to communicate clearly across teams of management, stakeholders, and developers is a requirement
• Ability to remain organized, on time, and with a clear understanding of priorities in fast-paced environment
• An strong understanding of software development project lifecycles
• Experience participating on teams implementing agile and waterfall processes.
• Prior Insurance Industry P&C strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with analysis and implementation of compliance and/or regulatory requirements.
• understanding of project management and prior experience with PMO.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal or external clients
• A Bachelor's Degree
