1)JDA / Manugistics Demand planning consultant
• Consultant should have a good knowledge of JDA Demand planning version 7.x and above. Should have at least 2 full life cycle implementation experience in JDA Demand planning version 7x.
• Configure JDA Demand planning solutions
• Conduct Design and blue print workshops with Key planners. Develop DFU planning hierarchy.
• Prototype and Build forecasting model using JDA algorithms
• Reconcile the forecasts at various level
• Work closely with Technical consultants to help develop Scripts and interfaces which will be used to create master data
• Develop test scripts , Carry out testing and Train end users
• Project will be rolled out from the US but consultant will have to travel to UK for 2 weeks for blueprint and later for training
2)JDA Technical consultant
• Build Data conversion scripts, Interfaces to load master data from SAP into JDA.
• Build PL /SQL scripts, Use SQL to convert SAP data into JDA specific data . Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Korn shell scripts is a must
• Use Business objects Data integrator to develop interfaces with SAP .Knowledge of Business object Data integrator to build interfaces is a plus but not essential
• Change existing scripts to run time-zone specific jobs.
• Build new scripts based on the design specifications.
• Import historical data from spreadsheets into database.
• Create new jobs to load data from BW.
• Improve the performance of the scripts to accommodate a shorter duration of batch.
