MS Exchange Technical Consultant
Work Location: Washington , District of Columbia(DC)
Duration : 6-12 Months+ Contract
Rate : Market

Note: Citizenship Required: US Citizenship

Job Description: The Operation team member must be able to monitor Microsoft Messaging systems, assist with maintenance, resolve escalated trouble tickets from the HelpDesk, trouble-shoot basic messaging-related issues with the technical staff, the System Administrators, and other engineers. Required to provide support outside these hours in critical incident or DR exercise situations and for scheduled maintenance.

Provide customer service support to end-users.

Provide escalation to solve issues as required.

Follow up to ensure successful issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

• Help Desk

• Trouble ticketing and service desk process experience

• Microsoft Outlook Support

• Experience supporting Exchange 2010 preferred

• Windows 2008, 2003

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proactive, self-starter
