Position: Business Analyst

Location: IL

Duration: 12 months

Rate: $40/hr C2C

 

Job Description:-

 Support efforts to assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state or business solution.

Research, gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources.

Must have strong communication skills and experience in leveraging process improvement techniques to drive efficiencies.

Insurance industry experience, including policy administration, agency distribution, underwriting, claims, and contact center is a plus.

(Services Level D-E) Required 3+ years of IT experience Strong communication skills Strongly Desired Insurance Industry experience

 

Experience with process improvement Skills Demonstrated, successful experience, in both technical and business environments, with the following:

 

Requirements solicitation and interviewing Analysis, organization, and creative display of information Communications and presentation development, especially for high-level audiences with limited time to grasp the message of the communications/presentation

Ability to create tone of communications and presentations to support the purpose at hand High-end graphics development, including Visio and PowerPoint Self-starter, proactive

 

General Responsibilities

1) Acts as liaison between business areas and IT

2) Participates in research to evaluate business requirements

3) Recommends solution or assists with problem resolution

4) Works with business partner to plan and initiate project
