• Fluency with Site-Collection Administration

• Experience and extensive understanding of SharePoint Publishing

• Experience and extensive understanding of Custom Content Types

• Experience customizing MasterPages and PageLayouts

• Experience developing custom and Out-of-Box SharePoint Workflows

• Solid understanding of new SharePoint 2010 data-modeling techniques using SharePoint lists

• Experience with Solution Package (WSP) development

• Experience with custom SharePoint Feature creation

• Experience developing custom SharePoint Event Receivers

• Experience developing custom SharePoint Timer Jobs

• Experience developing in InfoPath 2010

• Experience custom WebPart / User Control development

• Experience configuring SharePoint Search scopes, results manipulation

• PowerShell (at least to the level to be able to deploy and manage solution packages)

• XML

• LINQ (Language Integrated Query)

• CAML (Collaborative Application Markup Language)

• JavaScript

• HTML

• XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations)

• Solid understanding of SOA (Service-oriented architecture)

• Solid understanding of SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol)

• Database design skillset for SQL Server using TSQL
