Has to be Green Card, EAD, US Citizen

 

Must-Haves:

• C# (Strong skills required) – Ideally focused on network communications via web service clients, HttpWebRequest objects, etc.
• HTML, HTTP, Javascript (Strong) – Ability to inspect and interpret a web page's' interactions with the server and what effect Javascript might have upon the data going between them
• XML, XPath (Strong) – Ability to construct XPath queries to search XML (XHTML) documents.  Ability to construct large, well-formed XML documents.
• Web services – WSDL, WebServiceClient, SOAP, XML Post
• SQL
• Ability to gather requirements, technical specifications from clients and coordinate projects.

 

Nice-To-Haves:

• MS HIS experience – 3270 emulation

·        Java skills - Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, PL/SQL, web services, XML, XSLT, CSS

·        Unix (AIX)

• Ruby – Ability to use Ruby language constructs in the context of XML web scrape templates.
• SharePoint development experience.
