[Outsource:62658] Need Oracle HRMS consultant - North Canton, OH

Position: Oracle HRMS consultant

Work Location:  North Canton, OH

Duration: 6 Months

 

Responsibilities:

1.            Use Oracle HRMS R12 package knowledge to be a client's SME for configuration changes to existing environment based on business and statutory requirements for the US geography.

2.            Analyze client requirements, help the client in evaluate multiple options, provide guidance on Time and Labor processes, suggest feasible solutions and architect suitable solutions,

3.            Model business processes in HR and Time and Labor functional area on to Oracle EBS R12 using prior implementation experience

 

Skills and Experience required:

1.            Deep domain expertise in Manufacturing & project services based industries

2.            Extensive experience in all phases of the project such as requirement gathering, analysis, GAP analysis, system configuration design and setups, development, customization, extensions, data conversion, interfaces, testing, migration, training and documentation,

3.            Strong functional and technical expertise in EBS R12 - Oracle Core HRMS, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), PAYROLL, Approval Management Engine (AME) modules,

4.            Experience in implementing OTL in engagements involving Oracle Projects and Oracle Payroll implementation,

5.            Demonstrable experience in full cycle implementations of Oracle Time and Labor with Projects and Payroll integration.
