Skills:

Ø  Must have 5 - 7 years of overall IT experience in a software development environment.

Ø  Must have 5 years of experience in .Net and SharePoint.

Ø  Must have core development knowledge of SharePoint 2007 / 2010, .NET and Infopath

Ø  Should have some knowledge of SP administration.

Ø  Experience with ASP.Net, SQL DB, HTML & XML.

Ø  SDLC & Documentation understanding.

Ø  Creativity and ability to think outside-the-box while defining sound and practical solutions.

Ø  Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills are a must.

Ø  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.

Ø  Demonstrated experience leading and influencing a large development team.

Ø  Results driven mind-set as well as a proven record of meeting and exceeding client expectations.
