Job Description:

·         QA File Review Project.  

·         Position needed to Document the QA Vendor Mgt Process

·         Includes working with QA to create the process is, determine how poor performance will be addressed and documenting the process.

·         Deliverables will be the process flow & narrative docs.

·         Working with SF QA File Review team to create the process is, determine how poor performance will be addressed and documenting the process.

·         Deliverables will be the process flow & narrative docs.

Requirement:

·         MS Office suite (word, ppt, Visio).

·         Experience/proven ability to compile & documentation of business process/procedures.  

·         Ability to interview various staff members to document a process.  

·         Ability to interface with management of all levels.
