Remedy Developer

12-18 months
· Demonstrated experience with Remedy with strong preference to AR version 7.6 (or the 7.x series)
· Experience building applications based on the AR platform or customizing out-of-the-box functionality
· Experience in design and documentation of Remedy Enhancements
· Experience using the Atrium family of products to import data, normalize, and reconcile multiple datasets
· Working familiarity with the ITSM applications
· Experience with SRM and/or Atrium Orchestrator a plus
· Process Development – experience developing and documenting process flows
· Reporting experience – Tableau, Business Objects, and Crystal preferred
· Good written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and in environments with competing priorities
· Request Center experience a plus
