Skills:
• Extensive working experience in GI (General Interface) and business works and ability to translate requirements to wireframe and design and guiding the implementation team.
• UI design and development experience is a must.
• TIBCO General Interface, TIBCO ActiveMatrix Business Works, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Adapters, TIBCO Business Studio,.
• Java, J2EE, JDBC, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Portlets.
• XML, Web Services, SOAP, XSLT, UML.
• Participation in analysis, system design, development, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance and full life cycle development phases.
• Extensive working knowledge of design, data modeling with Oracle 10g/11g
• Knowledge of O/S - AIX, Solaris, Linux
• Proven track record in designing and implementing solution architecture for multi-systems integration.
• Good understanding of design principles of master data management, operational stores, data marts, data warehouse systems using
- Excellent oral & written communication skills

- Participation in analysis, system design, development, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance and full life cycle development phases.

• Communicate, collaborate and get buy-in from stake-holders on solution architecture
• Articulate solution architecture technical design for stakeholders
• BusinessWorks Service fine tuning and TIBCO Platform server tuning
• Write and present eloquently with the appropriate audience perspective in mind
• Ensure alignment of solution architecture and design with the enterprise architecture strategy and principles
• Ensure alignment of technology used in the solution design with the enterprise defined standards
• Support the specification and construction of the design to completed solution
• Research and select appropriate technology and tools for the solutions
• Define and develop reusable integration pattern for the information/data exchange for the systems and consumers
• Contribute to the creation and enhancements of data models and interfaces for the systems and enterprise
• Contribute to the creation standards, guidelines, patterns and provide architecture governance to programs and projects
• Investigate problematic design patterns and develop "lessons learned" artifacts that enables enhancements of the solution design
• Produce architecture artifacts for designed solutions as per the enterprise guidelines
