Job Title: Test Automation Project Lead/Manager
Duration 9 Months
Location:Charlotte, NC

 Test Automation Project Lead/Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Qualifications:
 
The onsite Lead of the Test Automation Efforts must coordinate with the customer and offshore team.
 
General Duties/Tasks:
- The Lead must allocate work, track automation progress, and report to customer, and to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Produce the Test Automation Strategy
- Participate in Script Development activity
- During POC phase, work with the POC automation expert and customize\enhance framework, deploy TAP tool and validate test environment
- Conduct proof of concept for tool identification
- TC Analysis
- Automate identified functional test cases for 5 different applications to support server-side regression testing
- Create regression buckets for automation
- Participate in test cases optimization/sanitization activities 
Required Skills:
- Quick Test Professional 11.0 (4 yrs)
- Open2Test Frameworks (2 yrs)
- Quality Center (2 yrs)
- VBScripting (4 yrs)
- Lead/PM Experience (5 yrs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
