The Client is looking to bring on a SQL DBA with development experience

·         Primary project is to upgrade from SQL Server 2000 to 2008. This person will be responsible for both SQL Server tasks (60%) and SSIS tasks (40%):

·         SQL Server Development (30%) & DBA (70%): Development work will include creating queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions. DBA work will include db administration, tuning, security, and management. Experience with Installations, architecture, and OLAP are required.

·         SSIS tasks will include design, architecture, development and test.

·         Must Haves:

o    7 to 10 years SQL Server DBA

o    5+ years SQL Server Development

o    5+ years SSIS

·         Nice to have:

o    Powershell

o    .Net
