Java    Please ensure the resource can develop core java code without needing reference (internet or IDE). Please conduct a hands-on test with developer typing in notepad. Ensure Please ensure that the resource understands the concepts around object oriented programming .Questions like Encapsulation, Composition, Aggregation Please ensure the resource covers basic Core Java concepts Map, Static, Threads etc Please ensure that the resource can explain steps included inturn getting a database connection Please ensure the resource can develop Sql query skills without needing to reference documentation internet use visual database tools. Eg: Table has 5 data elements AE, write a query to produce a list of elements A, B where E5, sorted by element B. It is expected that the answer be syntactically correct (demonstrating hands on experience)Please ensure the resource understands the J2EE specs Web Knowledge Please ensure the resource understands the web life cycle and web development standards.
