Must Have Skills: IBM Filenet P8 Developer with strong Java/J2EE Background

 

Desired Skills: IIS/.Net/C# and Kofax Capture

 

 

Basic Qualifications

 

• B.S Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Software Engineering 

• 5 years of Experience in IBM Filenet P8 V4+ Platform delivering solutions using Filenet Application Engine, Workplace, Content Engine, Process Engine frameworks and APIs

• 7+ years of Java/J2EE/JSP hands-on programming experience using IDEs such as Eclipse and framework such as struts and spring

• Experienced in Web 2.0 technologies Such as Ajax, Java script and ExtJS

• Experience in Tomcat and Weblogic Deployment of Web Applications

• Development experience using SOA principles and Web Services (SOAP/HTTP) technologies

• Knowledgeable of XML, XML Schemas and WSDL

• knowledge of SQL and Database concepts

• Practical application of Testing methodologies and Unit Test development techniques

• Good knowledge of UML modeling and Design patterns

• Experience in Version Control and Build Tools such as Clearcase, SVN, Ant, AntHill

• Effective communication through oral and written skills

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in working with geographically distributed team with good team spirit

Preferred Skills 

• Knowledge of IIS/.Net/C# and Kofax Capture technologies is a definite Plus

• Filenet Record Manager and eforms knowledge or experience is a plus

• knowledge of Wells Fargo Web services Standard (WFXML)

• Sparx EA experience is a plus

• Experience in Refactoring existing Applications is a preferred skill

• Experience in troubleshooting/debugging and tuning performance issues 

• Financial industry experience

• Initiation, Desire and Drive for constant improvement and Eye for detail is Plus
