Position: SAP HR

Location: Bentonville, AR

Duration: 6 Months

 

Job Description:

·         SAP Consultant with more than 6 years of experience in SAP HR with at least 2 years in SAP Incentive Management.

·         The candidate should be able to collaborate with business team to gather requirements using his/her sound understanding of Incentive Management processes followed in the Retail industry.

·         Experience in gathering requirements, conducting workshops with IT and business teams in conjunction with SAP members is a mandatory requirement. Experience in implementing SAP HR Enterprise Compensation Management, Benefits and US Payroll is required.

·         Exposure to Vistex would be a plus.

·         Exposure to technical design/development would be a plus.

·         Candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be a good coordinator in a multi-stakeholder environment.
