Skills:

·         3+ years' experience with Windows Server 2008 support/implementation/troubleshooting
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Can effectively communicate to peers and management and business users
• Strong understanding of enterprise system operations (monitoring, patching, reporting)
• (REQUIRED) Willingness to learn and support a variety of enterprise systems
• (preferred) experience with Microsoft platforms support (SQL, BizTalk, TFS, IIS,)
• (preferred) experience supporting enterprise implementations of SharePoint 2007/2010 (administration, troubleshooting, configuration)
