Duration: 6 Months+
Skills:

• The Lead Developer or (Lead ETL developer DataStage) responsibilities include design and develop ETL/data integration processes and programs to support data warehousing and business intelligence systems.
• The position requires hands on experience on IBM Data stage 8.5 or higher version on all features & functionalities of the product.
• The responsibilities include data analysis, source to target data mapping, job scheduling, development and testing of DataStage ETL programs.
• Other responsibilities will include interaction with Data Stewards and business application owner's to establish or resolve data details, questions and anomalies;
• Participation in data modeling design sessions, and metadata development.
• Effective at complex problem resolution and expected to assist in resolving all difficult to resolve issues and expanding the solution to include infrastructure, database architecture, and multi-tier tools and development strategies.
• Responsible for compliance to change management standards, including a lead role in design, developing TSDs (technical Specification), development, code reviews, implementation plans, contingency plans.
• Will participate in generating / reviewing technical specifications.
