Skill Requirements:

Certified Salesforce.com Developer and Admin

Strong hands-on Apex programming capability

Strong Visual Force hands on capability

Well versed in Salesforce Apex programming

Hands-on with resolution of Governor limit solutions in Salesforce

Experienced in handling data migration and code deployment using data loader and Eclipse respectively in SFDC environments

Strong customer facing and communication skills
