3. Very good experience in customization and work flows
4. Very good understanding and experience with Templates
5. Very good experience in OTA API programming
6. Very good experience in creating various reports/graphs in Dashboard module
7. Capable in estimating space requirement for server and database
8. Sound knowledge in Testing process
9. Very good experience in VB Scripting and API
10. Good understanding about server, database, single sign-on, LDAP authentication
