• 10+ years of relevant leadership experience.
• 8 -10 years delivering enterprise impacting projects/programs with budgets greater than $5M.
• 8 -10 years of experience managing large, complex projects and project teams including those with more than 25 team members. Experience with managing diverse delivery teams, located in multiple locations.
• 5+ years of test management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a comprehensive test strategy/plan for complex and integrated test efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to determine resource needs, develop detailed plans, and analyze status and report against the plan. Manages scope to a formal process.
• Experience working with all stakeholders - business, technical and suppliers - to deliver required commitments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently; recognize and proactively resolve issues; make solid fact based business recommendations. Develops creative resolution options when necessary.
• Ability to build good working relationships with multiple parties working in a joint venture type of relationship
• Demonstrated ability to provide IT leadership with an accurate assessment of project status and progress.
• Experiencing with data planning for large and integrated tests efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to perform high and detailed level root cause analysis, builds resolution consensus and implements solutions agreed upon.
• Foster strong team dynamics and a cohesive working environment; which includes mentoring less experienced colleagues.
• Collaborates with peer teams to resolve inter-component or interfaces design and implementation details.
• Assesses project development processes and provides recommendations for improvements; champions approved changes through implementation.
