Job Description: Client is working to move from a flat file mainframe environment to a sql environment to eliminate batch processing and ultimately provide more real time reporting through their Microstrategy reporting tool. This will allow them to produce enterprise dashboards and track trends of customers.

These projects will be focused on data from PolicyCenter, which is a guidewire product around the auto loan line as well as trend analytics from customers.  

Business Challenge: The client is tasked with moving data from a flat file, mainframe environment to a SQL environment on db2 that will allow for real time reporting. They need to move data from source to target.

 Non-Technical Skills: Strong communication skills  

Technical Environment: Mainframe, DB2, SQL, XML, ETL, Datastage
