Job Title	SharePoint Tech Lead
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	·         5-7 yrs of Experience with expertise in MOSS 2010, Infopath, ASP.NET, SQL server ·         Working knowledge of Sharepoint 2010 with advanced features ·         NewsGator v2.6, Powershell scripting
Technical/Functional Skills	1.       Hands on working experience of Sharepoint 2010 with advanced features, NewsGator v2.6, Powershell scripting. 2.       Knowledge of SharePoint governance 3.       Good Communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities	1.       User group and security management 2.       Interface with 3rd party  vendors 3.       Configuration and maintenance of environments, folder structure, document types, attributes 4.       Troubleshooting SharePoint 2010 application issues, SQL issues 5.       Enforcement of proper testing practices, documentation, and controls 6.       Script and document deployment/install of web parts and features within MOSS and SharePoint 2010 environments 7.       Understand requirements from client regarding change request / enhancement /support issue. Coordinate with offshore team on daily basis for closure of the same. 8.       Fulfilling requests for small enhancements (RFC's) and defined standard services (RFS')
