Hi All, we are looking for a Java Front End Developer for a Mobile based Application Job Title: Java Developer Location: Andover, MA Duration: 6+ Months Req Description: - The client development Platform is an HTML5 based mobile application. - It is the mobile front-end for a growing number of applications. - It provides holdings info, performance, research, security pricing and much more. - The developer will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the existing framework as well as performing upgrades. - The developer is expected to develop in both Java and mobile, for both the UI and the Service layer. - A successful candidate must have both client and server hands-on experience. Job Description: Senior Java developer with at least 6 years hands-on experience. At least 2 years Javascript, css development (JQuery Mobile / Sencha Touch preferred) nice to have but not needed. Prior experience working on enterprise financial applications is a plus. Candidate must have a solid understanding of core Java technologies. Candidate must have strong working experience with J2EE technologies. Needs to be able to produce code in a fast pace environment. Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL (Oracle preferred).
