Software Test Engineer

Perform comprehensive test design and development, using comprehensive programming and/or scripting skills.

Design and document detailed test procedures that verify requirements and exercise software functionality.

Lead verification strategies, risk assessment, test planning process & test case design.

Rigorously execute test procedures, documenting corrections as needed. Accurately record results via test procedures and defect reports.

Collaborate effectively with software developers on small, agile teams.

Provide reliable estimates of testing activities. Manage own assignments, workload, and deliverables such that cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.

Proactively report status to team lead and others as needed.

Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and testing issues.

Develop testing solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the agile software development and testing lifecycle.

Self-starter and fast learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Strong technical and personal leadership skills.

Strong appreciation and understanding of QA best practices.

Proactive and adaptable, demonstrated success managing schedules and deliverable

* Associate's Degree/College Diploma * English: Fluent
