Ideally, we would like to find people who have performed software development, testing and implementation work in a mortgage environment (servicing or portfolio management).
Ideally, we would like to find people who have performed software development, testing and implementation work in a mortgage environment (servicing or portfolio management).
Minimal 7 years' experience with testing web-based and/or client-server applications *Experienced in a variety of software development methodologies and project management best practices *Experience with testing applications using Microsoft SQL Server Database Query Analyzer (or other database query tools) and XML (preferred) *Experience with testing applications using .NET, Java, IIS/ASP, Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with testing systems developed in a SOA environment preferred.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong time management, priority allocation and task management skills
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
Strong presentation skills to present test results to individuals and groups
Leadership skills to oversee, mentor and guide less experienced personnel
Communication skills
Active in pursuing learning opportunities
