6. Actively contribute to design reviews.
7. Perform quality coding to business and technical specifications.
8. Create, document, and implement test plans and scripts.
9. Optimize performance of Informatica Mappings, processes and load routines.
10. SQL performance tuning, scripting Unix shells and integrating with Workflows
