Duration: 9+ Months
Mandatory skills
· Minimum 12+ years of experience
· US Healthcare Payer experience required
· Knowledge of workflows such as Eligibility & Enrollment, Claims Adjudication, Medicare/Medicaid
· Business Analysis experience – Drafting Strategy Roadmap documents
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Tools like Axure or Balsamiq
Job Responsibilities/Role
· Gather, define and document high-level business requirements/user stories on behalf of the business
· Interact with Product Management & Development teams to understand background of requirements
· Create Product Strategy Vision documents
· Knowledge of common HIPAA transactions – 834, 837, 835
· Knowledge of eligibility, claims and claims data
· Lead or participate in internal and external project workgroup(s) and presentations.
· Be an effective coordinator , liaising across multiple teams across different time zones including offshore
