QA Software Engineer - Platforms
Oversee developing, extending, executing, and analyzing regression, functional, and performance test plans. Manage the creation, maintenance, and execution of SW-HW system test plans and procedures Oversee the debugging of the interaction among software, firmware, and x86 server-level hardware Work with Perl, Python, and shell script programming to create test automation scripts and tools for system software testing in a Linux environment Manage the set-up of various networking environments to test networking drivers and characterize/debug NIC & driver issues.
Your Qualifications: BS or MS degree in in Computer Science. QA experience with integrated systems/ platforms (4+ years experience). Skills in x86 server systems, and/or desire to learn more. Skills in automation testing with hands-on experience in Perl or Python or shell scripting is required. Enjoy being a productive and flexible team member in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowlege of Linux/ Unix operating systems. Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with in technical forums
