Position: PeopleSoft Benefits Admin

Location: Radnor, PA

Duration: 6+ months

 

Qualifications:

10+ Years Peoplesoft Functional Core HR/Benefits Lead Peoplesoft HRMS focusing on HR Benefits including Base Benefits and Benefits Administration, Time and Labor and Payroll.

Configuration exp in the following:

§         Base Benefits:  building and testing benefit plans, benefit rates and benefit programs.

§         Human Resources:  building locations, departments, job codes.

§         Payroll:  building pay groups, earning codes, deductions

§         Time and Labor: building workgroups, dynamic groups, rules

§         Benefits Administraton: event maintenance, eligibility rules and eBenefits

§         Query exp including building and supporting simple queries for reporting.

§         Strong knowledge and use of HRMS concepts, practices, procedures and supporting operations.
