Job Title: SFDC Admin
Location:San Jose, CA
Duration:3+Months

 

Rate:$55-60/hr on C2C

 

The SFDC Config team is responsible for monthly releases (enhancement), L3 production support and maintenance of non-production environments. The tech lead is responsible for Planning monthly release with business ( scoping, estimation, resource allocation etc.);
Solution design monthly releases
Build solution and also participate in build reviews;Coordinate L3 support cases and manage SLA;
Provide technical support to offshore team;Onshore/offshore coordination;
Provide technical guidance to project teams as needed;
Sandbox management and deployment. Experience: Strong technical skills in Salesforce.com ( configuration and customization);Functional knowledge of Sales process;
Managing client expectation and participate in planning activities;Prior experience in working in maintenance projects;Strong communication skills"
